Gregory B. Minter

Gregory B. Minter has been practicing law with the firm for 42 years. He holds degrees from the University of Omaha and Creighton University. Greg practices in the areas of corporate, finance, immigration and securities law. He taught Federal and State Securities Regulation at Creighton University School of Law from 1969 to 2004. He taught securities regulation at the University of Nebraska College of Law for six years. Greg is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He has been president of Nebraska Continuing Legal Education, Inc., served as a member of the Judicial Education Committee of the Nebraska Judicial College of the Nebraska Supreme Court and as president of the Omaha Ballet and the Omaha Symphony . He is a past Secretary and member of the Executive Board of the Iowa-Nebraska chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and past Chair of the Securities Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association. Greg was a member of the AILA National Committee on Religious Worker Visas from 2003-2004 and has been a member of the AILA National Business Visa Advocacy Committee since then. He was awarded the Outstanding Legal Educator Award by the Nebraska State Bar Foundation and is a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. He is listed in the national Best Lawyers Consumer Guide for Immigration Law.
