William A. Tinstman
William A. Tinstman is of counsel to the firm, having been with the firm for 31 years. He holds two degrees from the University of Nebraska, including a law degree with distinction. While at the University of Nebraska, he was a member of the Order of the Coif and was Assistant Editor of the Nebraska Law Review. Bill’s practice focuses on business and financial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He is particularly experienced in financial institution regulation, has served as director of an agricultural bank and chairman of the Nebraska Educational Finance Authority.
